• You will have a minimum of two-three years in a application Development Manager / Practice Manager position. You will have a proven track record in driving mid sized teams to profitable solutions delivery, along with business growth.

• A minimum of five to seven or more years experience within a environment primarily delivered in J2EE and Microsoft.NET technologies and the solution delivery.

• You will be responsible for selected client engagements. The ideal candidate will have professional services/consulting experience in integration, broad industry experience, good systems technologies knowledge (including vendor relationships), experience with large-scale business transformation, and a proven track record for integration project completion.

• An ability and an experience in managing high level, dynamic development teams. Along with the ability to drive large growth plans within profitable levels.

• Leadership experience along with a proven application development experience in a management role is essential. Creativity and thought leadership such that the candidate will immediately act as a contributing senior member of the organisation.

• Performing strategic planning with the senior management, you will provide feedback for line managers performance appraisals, set the team direction and oversee day-to-day operations.

• You will possess excellent leadership and strategic solutions delivery skills. Excellent business communication and presentation skills. You will have the ability to deliver enterprise solutions to key clients. You will be client facing with strong business relationships skills at all levels.
