The Business Intelligence Manager’s primary responsibility is to define and implement a business intelligence strategy and roadmap that aligns with the business reporting objectives. The BI Manager will be responsible for ensuring all BI initiatives and projects align with the roadmap.

• The strategy will include defining an architecture to deliver executive reports, data architecture and master data management, and defining and implementing a consistent BI reporting and delivery framework. The BI Manager will work closely with IM project teams and the business to ensure that the right BI solutions are implemented to support the business initiatives.
• Five to seven years experience in BI, relational and multi-dimensional databases along with Broad knowledge of business intelligence concepts including ETL, report delivery strategies, dashboards, master data management, data architecting, analytics, data warehousing, metadata management, security filtering by role and audience targeting.
• Define an architecture and roadmap to support executive and ad-hoc reporting.
  Participate and/or lead in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation and maintenance of reporting solutions for the business.
• Ensure both structured and unstructured data align with master data.
  Ensure all IM projects with BI components support IM strategy of only reporting actionable information in a consistent manner regardless of the source.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
