An Overview of our Recruitment Process:
Recruitment Stage one
In-depth briefing with client to gain an understanding of the organisation, the position description (skill set) and personal attributes sought. Preparation of an advertisement (if desired), co-ordination of its display in the appropriate media and management of candidate response. Further search for candidates via existing database and extensive market networks. Initial screening (resume / telephone interview) of all likely candidates for the position.
Recruitment Stage two
In-depth interviews with suitable candidates. Preparation of short-listed candidate reports and issue of these reports with resumes to client for review. Co-ordination of interview arrangements between client and candidate.
Recruitment Stage three
Regular progress updates and discussions with client. Psychological appraisal of selected candidate if desired. Reference checking of candidates once client interest has been established. Negotiation of offer with selected candidate through to confirmation of start date.
Recruitment Stage four
Notification to all unsuccessful candidates of the outcome of their applications. Follow up with the successful candidate and client at the end of the first and third month. We ensure close communication throughout the recruitment process. This assists in qualifying all aspects of the clients and candidates needs and is essential for a "win-win" final outcome.
